Idaho Supreme Court judgment protects Idaho property owner from land speculator.

Meikle v. Watson.

Jeff Sykes successfully defended a property owner against a claim that he was required to sell certain property to a speculative land developer who had convinced elderly individuals to sell their property for less than fair market value. After a trial and appeal to the Idaho Supreme Court, our client obtained a judgment affirming the legal principle that a speculative land buyer may not specifically enforce a real estate contract and awarding him  attorneys’ fees.
