ENGINEERING PROCUREMENT AND CONSTRUCTION (EPC) AGREEMENTS.

Rick Stacey represented an international chemical processor in the drafting and negotiation of cost plus EPC agreements for the construction and modernization of its chemical processing facilities totaling $400+ million. His work included extensive negotiations on behalf of our clients with counsel for an international engineering/construction firm based in Europe. This engagement also required Rick to adeptly draft complex performance based specifications and performance guarantees for the protection of our client’s interests.
