Rick Stacey represented the construction lender for the Teton Air Ranch development in Driggs, Idaho. His broad understanding of mortgage and mechanic’s lien laws allowed our client to first prevail on summary judgment against competing mechanic’s lien claimants with claims totaling nearly $4 million before obtaining judgment for our client in the amount of roughly $15 million.
