Jeff Sykes, Chad Nicholson and the MWSS+ team successfully prosecuted claims on behalf of a former employee of an Orofino, Idaho company that manufactures rifle scopes for its failure to distribute severance payments due under the terms of his employment agreement. After a lengthy trial and appeal to the Idaho Supreme Court, our client was awarded $540,000.00 plus prejudgment interest and attorneys’ fees and costs.
